Yesterday was what we call the January thaw.
Temperatures rose to a balmy fifty degrees farenheit.
We were dancin’ in the streets.
Today, we have been blasted with an Arctic air mass
that is throwing everyone into a complete tizzy.
A great drink for today in SE Minnesota
where it is one degree below zero and dropping
and the wind is whipping,
and the snow is blowing,
is
Siouxzsfree HOTMAMA cocoa
in a cup of hot water,
add 2 tsp of cocoa powder
1 tsp. cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp. of cayenne
1/2 tsp. of stevia OR
1 tsp. of honey
Stir vigorously and
enjoy an extremely
warming hot drink!
I just drank a cup of this and it was fabulous!
My insides are on fire!

Too hot for me, cool watermelon is the order of the day where I am. I get dripping with it, all over my face and down my shirt.
Beautiful, cool, red, watermelon.

Wow, juicy, juicy, drippy watermelon…haven’t thought about that for a few months…yummy! You must live down under.
Cool fruits are indeed fun to fantasize about in
the ‘dead of winter.’
Still, hot cocoa is the bomb and most people’s
drink of choice on this side of the
globe amidst the current weather pattern we are facing.

While you breathe in the cayenne, and hit off all the other divine ingredients in HOTMAMA, let your ears be the vehicle for some extra stimuli, some deep soulful stimuli….

I see them live in Fremantle Town Hall in two weeks.
Audience participation on some songs and no applause allowed, such silence between songs, you could hear a pin drop.
Magic!
